The role will play a key role in onboarding new customers successfully. Together with the Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding process when it comes to the technical implementation of ArmorCode SaaS Platform. You will be working closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to ensure the feature requests are getting developed to meet customer use cases.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the technical lead starting from kick-off call until the Platform is in production.
  • Work closely with our Dev to find the best setup for our customer integration needs
  • Oversee and support technical implementation tasks for new customers
  • Consult customers on architecture recommendations and implementation approaches
  • Play a key role helping our customers as a product expert with a strategic mind and high customer- service orientation
  • Develop partnership and be the expert for customers in case of integration, technical solutions, or security questions

Your Profile:

  • Excellent communication skills and enjoyment in working with customers directly
  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Support Specialist, Software Test Engineer
  • Experience of working with Software as a Service (SaaS) preferably Security Software Company
  • Experience with Python Scripting, leveraging APIs for workflow automation
  • Knowledge of Single Sign on (SSO), OKTA
  • Experience in technical troubleshooting (product, software etc.)
  • Effectively keep track of customer requests
  • Excellent problem solver who can thrive in an unstructured environment
  • Articulate technical concepts or recommendations clearly to customers
  • You are a team player and enjoy fostering collaborative relationships with other departments
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, coding boot camp, or equivalent work experience is a huge plus
