Job Description

The Product Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Product Marketing, and will drive impactful product and partner messaging and content, as well as develop GTM strategies for our AppSecOps platform. This role will have the chance to own a greenfield area for the company, and make a highly visible impact.

  • Develop deep knowledge of buyer personas in different company sizes and industries
  • Work with integration partners and internal stakeholders to create and drive joint go-to market strategies and material
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop key messaging and value propositions
  • Together with the product team, educate both internal and external stakeholders on our product features and their benefits
  • Create marketing programs (e.g. sales documentation, product videos, website copy, blog posts, whitepapers) that articulate the benefits of our products and educate our target audience
  • Conduct market analysis to obtain understanding of the competitive landscape and help establish product differentiators
  • Create sales collateral and tools that align with the buying process and help move prospects & customers through the sales cycle
  • Establish individual and team metrics and report on success
  • Drive product launches in collaboration with product management
  • Effectively communicate internally relevant insights and key takeaways of industry news, events, analyst reports and social media activity

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 2 to 5 years of experience in a PMM, Product Management, or similar B2B technology marketing role in the cybersecurity domain
  • Understanding of the application/product security and DevSecOps space, and the AppSec and DevSecOps tools landscape
  • Experience in AppSec and/or developer-centric product marketing is preferred
  • Proven track record of content creation and go-to-market execution
  • Analytical mind with a focus on measuring quantifiable results to identify successes and iterate our efforts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-driven and innovative thinker that is able to thrive in a fast-moving and changing environment
