Job Description

Work with Product and Engineering to develop product designs based of internal and external requirements. The positions in the user experience job function are all related to user-centered design, a process to help ensure products and services meet the needs of customers, employees and other users. This job function is a collection of specialties each with a unique skill set. These roles may involve UX design, visual design, user research, accessibility or data visualization. Colleagues in these roles use their knowledge of interface design, research methods, accessibility guidelines to design, research, develop and assess products to enhance the overall user experience and create usable and accessible digital experiences.


  • Contribute to the design of our SaaS product and end-user customer features.
  • Own the design experience for product features and functionalities.
  • Work with internal partners to build out the user experience flows for our customers.
  • Implementing the details of the user interface and UX to the engineering team can easily understand the flow.
  • Leads the development and facilitation of human-centered research efforts, and obsesses over customer wants, preferences, and needs.
  • Develops A/B tests for user experience and end-user impact.
  • Track, review, and report on key metrics to monitor health and performance of user experience.
  • Embrace best practices from internal and external partners to continuously improve on behalf of our end-users.
